We all know Paula Abdul is a crack head, but now it appears that she’s bashing the very show that’s put her in the limelight. Trust me Paula, we don’t remember you for dancing with animated cats.
Paula says of her American Idol judgments:
“I don’t know that I’d have it in me to put myself out there like that. It’s excruciating, soul destroying. Celebrities come up to me and say: ‘Thank God I’ve made it. I’d hate to have come up through the ranks of the X Factor or American Idol.’”

Sisi Jghalef (pictured above with uber-bitch Charley Uchena), booted contestant from the British talent show X-Factor admitted to attempting suicide after she got kicked off the hit show. After recieving the axe for not completing her 200 hours of community service she tried to off herself (aka. call for attention) by taking a handful of painkillers.
If you really wanted to die Sisi, a handgun works better.
Sisi said:
“Once my X-Factor dream was shattered I plunged into a bottomless pit of total depression and worthlessness. Having been told I’d made the 12 finalists with girl-band Hope and then having my dreams snatched away destroyed me.”
This is only one in a series of reality contestants who have tried to kill themselves after hitting rock bottom from their faux-fame. Take for instance Jade Goody who made an awful name for herself after this year’s Celebrity Big Brother where she verbally attacked and insulted a fellow Indian housemate. Goody’s actions caused Ofcom to recieve over 44,500 complaints and Channel 4 over 3,000. Prime Minister Gordon Brown who happened to be visiting India during the time of the scandal condemned the program. On Januray 19, 2007 she was evicted from the Big Brother house and Channel 4 banned crowds from gathering out front the house out of fear for her safety. It has been reported that after her fall from fame she attempted suicide.
The first winner of Big Brother: Portugal tried to jump off a bridge after he blew all his money and realized he was no longer popular.
