The producers of Big Brother and their parent company Endemol are in the works for another British reality program that will mimic the popular Big Brother style, except this time the house will be replaced with a rehab clinic. The program is intended to have celebrity rock stars trying to quit drugs having their lives taped 24 hours a day.
Of course Pete Doherty will be lined up at the door waiting to enter for another chance to shame himself publicly.
Other interested rockstars are: Everyone’s favorite Celebrity Big Brother rebel Donny Tourette and Dominic Masters the lead singer for the Brit rockband The Others.
This comes after a string of recent ever so popular shows that glamorize and exploit drug-addicted people for the sake of ratings, which in turn equals money. We had Intervention, Shooting Sizemore, Breaking Bonaduce and now the Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew.
