MTV Overdrive released this video, which I’m unsure if it’s new or old, of Theo Vonkurnatowski (follow the chain, Theo was on Road Rules > Real World/Road Rules: Extreme Challenge > Real World/Road Rules: Battle of the Seasons > Real World/Road Rules Challenge: The Gauntlet > Last Comic Standing > Real World/Road Rules Challenge: Battle of the Sexes 2 > Battle of the Network Reality Stars) in a swimming pool where the censors seemed to neglect their duties by letting this semi-visible penis shot slip into the mainstream.

You can’t see all that much, then again I’m not sure there’s all that much to see.

This isn’t the first time a major network has ‘accidentally missed’ blurring a penis. During Survivor: Pearl Islands, the censors forgot to blur contestant Ryan O.’s penis as it slipped out of his boxer shorts while he was running on the beach during one of the challenges.

Buzz[Killed] recently asked Ryan about this incident and he had this to say:

“uh if it didnt slip out i’d be bummed or wait the chicks i date would be bummed…”

Or wait… I’d be bummed!
