Anna Nicole’s babys’ daddy Larry Birkhead has recently been exploiting his poor lazy-eyed daughter for his own personal benefit, so I want to open a debate as to whether or not this is ethical behavior.

Birkhead’s daughter who is now just over a year old has no choice as to whether or not she wants to be photographed and especially whether or not she wants her photograph plastered on the cover of every magazine across the globe.

To add insult to poor Dannielynn’s injury Birkhead is the one making a profit off these pictures, pictures of his poor daugther who is now missing a mother and a brother.

Back in April Birkhead sold pictures of him and Dannielynn to OK! Magazine a British tabloid for what is reported to be about $2 million dollars. The pictures were even taken in Howard K. Stern’s house, a person he is supposedly having feuds with. Birkhead’s then lawyer, Debra Opri, who has gone on to sue him for never paying his legal fees was fumed when she had found out Birkhead was sleeping with enemy (there were rumors of a gay sex tape between the two) and trying to make deals with Stern so he could get money from public appearances on television and such.

Before Smith’s death her and her husband Howard K. Stern were doing the same exact thing. Photographing their child and selling the photographs to the press, when Birkhead heard of this he said he was “outraged” and disgusted”. Which now makes him a schmuck AND a hypocrite.

Then there was Birkhead’s exclusive deal with NBC over the broadcast of his custory hearing in which reports are he made a nice $1 million dollars off. An NBC rep even confirmed this by saying, “NBC Universal has an exclusive contract with Larry Birkhead and we don’t discuss the terms of our deals.” The terms of the deals included exclusive rights to his image, his story and photographs of him and his daughter.

Then lets not forget my recent run in with Birkhead himself when I posted a loving picture of his beautiful daughter. However; since I don’t have the type of money a major corporation does, and didn’t have the dough to pay him for an online image of his daughter, I was quick to get a nasty email in my inbox:

“Please be aware that your website is displaying a copyrighted photo of my daughter that is owned by me that I did not give you permission to use, therefore please remove it immediately. In addition, your headline trumpeting, “Dannielynn Going Blind,” is false and you could have easily found that out by reading that from the article you lifted a few of the facts from. Please correct and retract and of course also take down the photograph you have placed on your site without authorization.”

Fuck you. At one point, me and America had respect for you. We felt sorry for you. We wanted nothing but the best for you. But you’re more of a deadbeat father than I ever thought. Just the idea that you’re only interested in your daughter for the money she brings repulses me. If I had paid you money I’m sure there wouldn’t have ever been a problem with me using that photo. I feel for your exploited daughter, she can barely form sentences and she’s already being used a cash cow. A child is not an income, a child is your life.

Lazy-eyed staffed ‘Stine pointed out a couple months ago that Dannielynn, the daughter of Anna Nicole and Larry Birkhead, was cross-eyed.

Now, months later Birkhead has confirmed Buzz[Killed]’s initial suspicions.

Birkhead told Entertainment Tonight that his daughter is suffering from a genetic eye-disorder called strabismus. Which I think is just a fancy word for ‘lazy eye’. Birkhead has solved the problem by making his daughter wear an eye-patch.

Birkhead says he bought his daughter a pirate doll to show her that wearing an eye patch is normal. Birkhead said:

“I got her a little pirate doll to show her that people have patches and it’s OK, and daddy wears a patch if he has to…”

Birkhead also says he’s asked doctors about whether or not Anna’s now public prescription drug abuse could have played a role in his daughters deformity. Most doctors agreed they could not confirm this was the reason but they also could not rule it out as a cause. Birkhead also claims in the interview that Anna Nicole has spoken to him since her death and that she demands he celebrate the upcoming one year anniversary of her death.

“Dannielynn and I might make the journey to the Bahamas and we might do something special, something private…”

Apparently I have to post a retraction since Larry Birkhead himself kindly informed me that Dannielynn is in fact NOT going blind her eye is just going sideways. I also had to remove the picture of his daughter in the bathtub, unfortunate because she sure is adorable. So, I have removed the picture and adjusted the headline.

It seems even in death Anna Nicole will never be left alone. Now it appears this disgusting piece of work and ex-boyfriend of late model/actress Anna Nicole, Mark Hatten, is seeking a hefty chunk of her inheritance despite the fact that this tool is serving a six year jail sentence for threatening Anna with a knife and attacking her neighbor, as well as stalking her. In my opinion he’s just trying to get his name out there for the release of the book he ‘wrote’ entitled Hollywood Bad Boy: Sex, Drugs and Anna Nicole.

We’ve seen it already, but for awhile the name ‘Mark’ has eluded us. In the video we see an 8 month pregnant Anna Nicole clearly too fucked up to know whether the baby she’s pushing in a stroller is real or not. You can hear Howard K. Stern asking her whether or not she’s on a ‘mushroom trip’, again Anna is too fucked up to answer the question.

However; now we have a face to put with the name Mark. And perhaps a motive as to why this video was shot to begin with. UsMagazine.com uncovered this Mark to be Mark Schey the CEO of the creative agency 22Digital which is accredited with coming up with the ‘TrimSpa Baby’ slogan.

It sounds to me like someone by the name of Howard K. Stern was looking for exploit Anna Nicole by filming her in various states of fucked-up-ed-ness and then posting them on the internet for Mark Schey. They’re even laughing and she’s pregnant… now she’s dead.

It seems as if lately everyone’s trying to make a dime off of the late Anna Nicole. Recently, her widow Howard K. Stern filed a claim in court for 6% of anything made from Howard J. Marshall’s estate. 6% of $500 million is a shit-ton of money.

According to Stern he’s entitled to the money.

Police searched the offices of two of Anna Nicole Smith’s doctors today in attempt to solve the riddle behind her death. The California Attorney General Jerry Brown launched an investigation into her death after the autopsy revealed she had a deadly combo of drugs in her system prescribed by her countless medical physicians.

Perhaps they should spend less time trying to persecute doctors and more time trying to fix a super screwed up system that ALLOWS people get various prescriptions from various pharmacies without any tracking system in place to stop them.
